An outstanding individual that possesses all of the qualities we look for in a sire. He is a great ASH type with a very cruisy temperament and excellent conformation with a real touch of class.
Trav has been shown lightly for Championships in Led, Hack and Working classes as well as wins in Station Horse classes, Time Trial and Barrel Racing events at Branch, State and National Championships. He has had limited camp draft starts for placings in Maiden and Novice events. We hope to get him campaigned in camp drafting where we know he will excel.
Trav has now won 5 Branch High Point Horse of the Show titles and 2 State Championship High Point Horse titles and Victorian High Point Stallion Titles attending only half of the eligible shows available.
From a very sound and high-performance mare Tremorn Cino who is backed by a wealth of performance Heritage bloodlines and by the sensational sire Beau Polo who has been the epitome of a modern-day sire producing over 300 progeny that is legendary for their quality and quiet trainable minds. Polo progeny have played representative Polo Crosse at National and State levels, produced a number of Open Campdrafters and Royal and National Show ring Champions.
We believe that Traveller will not only emulate his sire but excel beyond our high expectations as he has already achieved so much from very limited outings. We are very excited about his future and that of his progeny. He lives up to the ASH motto of “The Horse For Every Need”.

We were looking for another quality broodmare with some outcross bloodlines containing some well performed genetics.
We were lucky to have the opportunity to purchase Sheena as she was just what we were looking for. A lovely ASH type with quality written all over her. We then went one step further since she was in Tamworth and joined her to good friends Rob and Justine Aitkins sire "The Huntsman" who again is a different genetic line.
I have no doubt Sheena will have a positive impact on our stud and future foals by Karraba Park Traveller will move our horses up to a new level of quality and performance.

Purchased as a broodmare from Kirsty Foster in SA following a paddock accident.
Gidget is a quality mare that brings Rivoli Ray and Nabinabah Cool Gun lines back through the pedigree. She is in foal to Chalani Nightdance who is homozygous black. The foal will be a great outcross for us.
Unfortunately did not hold to Nightdance and has been joined to Traveller for a Spring 2024 foal.

Just Lucky is a stunning thoroughbred mare that is an exceptional ASH type. She is conformationally outstanding and has a great temperament which is coming through in her progeny. Her oldest foal "Karraba Park Just a Tick" is now broken in and going exceptionally well and her full sister "Karraba Park Just Right" is broken in and shows a lot of talent and ability. They are both by Beau Polo and both outstanding examples of infusing the right kind of thoroughbred horses into our great breed which has happened for over 100 years and produced some of our greatest horses. Just Lucky will continue to influence the horses at Karraba Park and other studs.

Our plan is to use the best sires we can to produce our breeders of the future with this mare.
Her 2022 filly foal by Clarke Family Review is a stunning filly and will no doubt emulate her dam and sire. Multiple showring Champions and Open Campdrafters throughout her pedigree she will be able to do anything.
